What to expect

I’ll be reflecting on my writing, plus more broadly about my creative life and work, with brief general posts one Saturday each month. I’ll also be publishing occasional bursts of serial fiction here on the “Serial Fiction” tab. Free subscribers will have access to all the general posts as well as (when they opt in via their account page) to some serial fiction. If I turn on paid subscriptions, it will be for access to expanded serial fiction collections.

I write about women who, like me, are finding themselves. My fiction and essays explore everyday things like hope, creativity, and grief, with the fiction splitting its time between contemporary and fantasy.
